Coloring books and printed materials cannot be returned or refunded if:
They have been used, colored in, or altered in any way
They show signs of wear, handling, or damage after delivery
The order was placed incorrectly by the customer
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at urbanbluedesigns@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged item(s)
If approved, we will:
Replace the item, or
Issue a refund at our discretion
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days, and we will correct the issue.
Refund Method
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless items arrive damaged or defective.
